  I had brunch here earlier with my family (9 people, including 2 kids and an adult in a wheelchair). The food was really good, I'm not a fan of hash browns, but theirs were outstanding. Pancakes are huge, so be aware when ordering.
  
  This place is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, and the restaurant itself is quite small on the inside, but they're very accommodating. They also take reservations, which is a plus, and are wheelchair accessible.
  
  The only real issue I saw was that their waiting area consists of 1 small bench inside, which could seat maybe 3 people total. There was 1 bench outside that I noticed, and there could've been another, but no one wants to sit outside during summer in Bakersfield.
  
  All in all, their food outweighed everything else. It was cooked perfectly, and I can't wait to go back for another great meal.

  I always forget to write a review here. We go to this restaurant often and always have great service.  Never had a meal I didn't enjoy.  When you leave they always ask if I want a to go cup with more ice tea which is nice to have while I go around Bakes doing errands.  I always get Groupons which makes it really nice and save a few bucks.
  
  Today we visited again and Carla was our waitress and happens to be the owner.  She is wonderful and friendly. We also got to talk to her sister that works there.  She is so nice too!!! I love this place so much.

  It was fabulous, and almost like my Grandma herself was in the kitchen making the breakfast, the eggs were scrambled perfectly, the hash browns were a smidgen dry (like Granny made) and the biscuit was the size of a softball , really worth your time to come out and try the breakfast , you can tell this is a popular place for locals and I am very glad I used Yelp to find this little hidden Jem! Prices are very reasonable especially if you want a small plate for breakfast, they have that available ! If you happen to be in the area , this will be worth your time if you love old fashioned cafe style gastronomy!

  I've been looking for a nice Family Cafe in the Bakersfield area like this one. They staff  is  very kind and friendly they make you feel at home. They have a wide variety of menu items to choose from I ordered the eggs Benedict it was very delicious I ordered them with a side of country potatoes they were also very delicious I will be definitely going back to this cafe go and check them out you will not be disappointed you will definitely want to return.
